Renovation of a residential building, owned by SATO. It is a 7-storey apartment building located in Martinlaakso in Vantaa. The object is built
1970 and has 70 apartments.
The project included the renovation of the LVIAS systems, i.e. a complete line renovation, as well as the renovation of wet rooms, apartments and public spaces.
Space changes and consolidation of apartments, renewal of balconies and addition of French balconies were also carried out.
The heat source was renewed as a geothermal-district heating hybrid system.
The main contractor for the project was FIRA.
