A new building will be constructed instead of an old residential building (as well as a new economic building) outside the town plan area. An exemption was applied for in the spring of 2015.
The old building built in the 1970s is nowadays useless and inadequate, and it would be costly to repair it. Consequently, the construction of a new building was justified with customers. The new building is adapted to its color (red, blue), its architecture (gabled roof) and its old-fashioned construction, complemented with modern effects. This was also required by an exemption for a building constructed outside the town plan area. For the building permit, the Provincial Museum was also heard. The location and size of a building does not change compared to the old one. Energy efficiency improves with new structures and building technology. The wastewater system will be renewed when municipal engineering is completed.
